The Native Documents step is an automated job step that lets you import
PDFs (.pdf), Word documents (.docx, .doc, .dot), Excel spreadsheets (.xls,
.csv, .xlsx), PowerPoint presentations (.ppt, .pptx, .pps), image files (.jpeg,
.png, .bmp, .tif, .jpg), email messages (.msg, .eml), PaperVision Filesets,
and ZIP files from a monitored folder, or a custom location, and create a
new batch that you name. Supported file types in attachments, Filesets and
ZIP files are also imported. These documents are converted to images that
are used in the batch, while the original native documents are saved as user files.
