PaperVision gives you all the software you need to implement your document management system when you purchase your first user license. This differs from other applications that require a large initial investment in "server" software before client licenses are even considered. Also, the PaperVision server includes both a client application and web-based interface for no additional cost.

PaperVision's concurrent licensing model means that you only need licenses for the number of users that will actually logon to the system simultaneously. This means that a large number of users who need infrequent access to documents can all share a single license. This dramatically lowers costs.

PaperVision is HIPAA compliant, which means that access to documents is fully secure, and audit trails are kept for each time a file is viewed or printed. This makes it great for doctor's offices and other medical records applications.

The WorkFlow module is the most powerful add-on feature for PaperVision. This gives you the ability to route documents automatically for review, approvals and any other steps in a business process. The potential gains in productivity with WorkFlow are huge.
