: I use QuickBooks and want to attach scanned documents to records (Invoice, PO, etc.) in QuickBooks. What do I need to do this?
Answer : For this you would need SimpleIndex Basic and SimpleQB. This will allow you to scan and retrieve images for records in QuickBooks from the QuickBooks file menu.

FormCliq also allows you to scan invoices directly to QuickBooks. FormCliq is designed to specifically recognize invoices and does not work with other documents. However it is able to capture the vast majority of essential data from invoices with no configuration.
