: Everything I scan, shows up with several lines running vertical through the document. I have cleaned the glass several times. What else can I try?
Answer : Sometimes, this is caused by a crack on the lamp or in the glass. If cleaning does not help, the next step would be to replace the lamp and/or glass.
A licensed technician will be needed to be sure of the exact cause.
