Answer : As long as you are in the United States, we have a wide variety of service contracts that you can purchase for you scanner(s). They vary in method of service (on-site, exchange, & depot), but generally last for a year or longer (in annual increments). It is usually best to always keep a service contract in effect for all your scanners, because the first month after purchase, you can be charged for parts and labor in addition to what you have already paid for the service contract.
There is no one time scanner fix service that is available.
