: We have a Fujitsu fi-5750C that shows an E2 error - "operation failed abnormal light dose". How do we fix this?
Answer : An E2 error is an optical error in the front ADF. You would need to get the unit examined by an authorized technician to get this repaired. If your unit is not under warranty, you would need to contact Fujitsu directly for a one-time repair to get the unit operational prior to getting a post warranty service contract to cover your scanner in case of future breakdowns here.
