: My Fujitsu scanner lamp does not come on when performing a scanning job. Could this be the lamp, and if so, do you have a lamp in your parts inventory?
Answer : Unfortunately, due to Fujitsu's policies, we can only provide consumables and maintenance kits for most Fujitsu scanners. All other parts, including lamps, must be obtained directly from the manufacturer or through a warranty or service contract.
While we do have post warranties for a number of Fujitsu scanners, the scanners must be in working condition prior to activating a service contract, at the risk of additional pre-existing condition fees or voiding of the contract.
