: What is your return policy for scanners?
Answer : If you purchased a scanner from us that does not have the specifications we promised, then we will take the scanner back for a full refund. For every scanner brand other than AVision, you can return for a full refund minus shipping if the box has not been opened and it is 30 days from the date of purchase. If it has been opened, then we cannot take the scanner back (unless we made a mistake in suggesting it). For AVision scanners, you have a 30 day period after you have ordered to return for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping.
Some scanners have evaluation programs that you can use to try the scanners for a set period of time to see if you like the unit. We can get evaluation units for Bell & Howell, Canon, Kodak, Fujitsu, and Panasonic. If you are interested in an evaluation unit from one of these manufacturers, please contact us and request a particular scanner to get signed up.
