48-bit color images at up to 600 dpi. Features Kofax VirtualReScan (VRS) for
superior image enhancement, ScanSoft PaperPort Deluxe 9.0, the leading
document management application. Use PaperPort to zoom in on your documents,
add sticky notes or highlight important points. Search for documents by
content, title, keyword or annotations. Use ScanSoft TextBridge Pro OCR to
convert them to editable text. Includes Arcsoft PhotoImpression to easily
edit and retouch photos.

VRS is an award winning, patented technology that
automatically insures the best possible image quality providing enhanced OCR
accuracy for scanned document images. As quickly as pages pass through the
scanner, VRS performs a multi-point inspection of each document. VRS instantly
checks and adjusts for alignment (skew), brightness, contrast, and image
clarity. Any inconsistencies are immediately corrected by VRS so that only the
straightest, most readable images are moved into your application.
The Strobe XP 200 with VRS includes an ISIS
driver certified by Pixel Translations to ensure that it functions properly with
ISIS-compatible document imaging applications. There are 250+ commercially
available ISIS applications and virtually all business document imaging
applications will work with the Strobe XP 200 with VRS.
The Strobe XP 200 with VRS is compact enough to
fit neatly on your desk and powerful enough to scan and organize all of your
documents, photos, articles, brochures and business cards. Includes the highly
acclaimed OneTouch software made popular with Visioneer's flatbed scanners.
Using AutoLaunch and Visioneer OneTouch technologies, users can set the Strobe
XP 200 with VRS to automatically send a scanned image or document to any
application for which there is a PaperPort Link.
PaperPort Deluxe 9 represents a significant
enhancement to ScanSoft's award-winning document and image management software
by including native support for Adobe Portable Document Format. You can still
create PaperPort MAX files, but PDF is now the default file format.
Press the scanner's button to open OneTouch
preferences where you set the scan parameters and destination for your document.
Choose from color, grayscale or black and white scan modes, select paper size,
set resolution, and choose any PaperPort Link as the destination for your image.
Patented technology detects when paper is
inserted and starts the scanning process instantly. When used in conjunction
with OneTouch, AutoLaunch routes the completed scan to the destination
application of your choice.
Print from Windows applications directly to
PaperPort, great for saving receipts from web stores.
Quickly turn scanned documents into editable,
