LoanStacker automates the process of scanning and organizing mortgage loan origination or closing packages by automatically recognizing and labeling each form with OCR.

LoanStacker Workstation OCR 5 Pack includes:

  • 5 SimpleIndex OCR licenses
  • LoanStacker document dictionaries
  • Stacking order database

Additional setup time may be required depending on which of the following services are requested:

  • Software installation
  • Set network file storage locations
  • Integration with existing databases for automatic population of loan data
  • Process sample loans & update dictionaries for improved recognition
  • Add custom documents & state forms recognition dictionaries
  • Setup custom stacking orders
  • Configure export to loan applications or document management systems
  • System administrator & user training

Purchasing maintenance is required for all LoanStacker products and add-ons. Maintenance includes product upgrades and technical support.

First-time buyers must purchase Installation Service. This will not be required for any future licenses.
