(24-hour resoponse)
All parts (excluding user consumables), labor and travel costs are included under agreement. Next business day on-site response is provided between the hours of 8:00AM - 5:00PM, local time, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. We require existing equipment to be fully operational prior to being entered under agreement. Any repairs required to bring the unit(s) up to normal operating condition would be billable at current time and material rates.
